Voluntary Participation I understand that participating in Pilates classes, private sessions, workshops, or events offered by Strength & Stillness involves physical activity and carries certain inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, strains, injuries, or other unforeseen incidents. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept full responsibility for my health, safety, and well-being. 2. Assumption of Risk I acknowledge that my participation may expose me to risks arising from the location, equipment, instruction, other participants, or environmental conditions. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, including those that may result from the negligence of Strength & Stillness, its instructors, employees, contractors, or collaborating venues, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. 3. Release & Waiver of Liability In consideration for being allowed to participate, I release, waive, and discharge Strength & Stillness, its owners, instructors, employees, independent contractors, agents, and affiliated facilities from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, including those caused by negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 4. Health Certification I certify that I am physically fit to participate and will stop immediately if I experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own health, safety, and medical needs during participation. Strength & Stillness does not provide medical services, maintain emergency contact information, or accept responsibility for emergency response. 5. Medical Responsibility Disclaimer I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own health, safety, and medical needs during participation, and I release Strength & Stillness from any responsibility or liability in the event of a medical emergency. I acknowledge that Strength & Stillness has no responsibility to provide, arrange, or pay for medical care or emergency response. In the event of a medical emergency, I understand that Strength & Stillness has no obligation to provide, arrange, or finance any medical care or emergency response. I accept full responsibility for obtaining and paying for whatever medical care I deem necessary. 6. Acknowledgment & Understanding By signing below, I confirm that I have read this waiver in its entirety, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to be bound by them. I acknowledge that I am giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue, and sign this waiver freely and voluntarily. 7. Media Release I grant Strength & Stillness and its representatives the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and publish any photographs or video recordings taken during classes, events, or sessions for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes. I waive any right to compensation or approval for the use of these images and understand they may appear in printed or digital materials, including social media, websites, and other marketing platforms.
